A compulsory physical site briefing session will be held on 06 October 2026 @11:00 am, Queen Nonesi Campus, Gqibenya Location on R410 to Lady Frere (15 km from Queenstown or Komani. No special arrangement will be made for interested parties who arrive late for the briefing session. The cut off time is only 5 minutes, ther after doors will be closed. Completed documents with all the relevant attachments must be signed and submitted in a clearly labelled sealed envelop together with a USB and a proof of payment. Each bid costs R150.
