Bidders should be registered with CIDB grade 6CE or higher 3. All Responsive Bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points System as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. 4. Bidders should meet all requirements stipulated in the documents should be met
