Bidders are required to attend the compulsory site clarification meeting. Bidders should have a CIDB Contractor Grading Designation of 4CE or higher. Bidders must have the relevant key personnel required for the successful execution of the Works. Bidders must provide proof of three (3) successfully completed similar civil engineering projects completed within the past ten (10) years.
