A compulsory Virtual Briefing Session will be held on 21 October 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams. Prospective bidders must register by emailing geraldinek@capeagulhas.gov.za by no later than 20 October 2026 by 16:00 pm. The meeting link will be provided upon registration. Attendance is compulsory and only bidders who attend the full briefing session will be eligible for further consideration. It is estimated that contractors should have a CIDB grading of 3EB or 2EB PE.
