MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 1. Provide valid COIDA certificate from the Department of Labour or any other authorized relevant entities 2. Provide valid waste license including hazardous waste for the facility where the waste is going to be disposed issued by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment 3. The Bill of Quantities (City Power BoQ provided in the bid document) must be fully completed. Failure to complete the Bill of quantities in full will result in your submission being regarded as non-responsive.
