The compulsory briefing session will be held at Ebenezer Plant. Attendance at the briefing session is mandatory. All bidders attending the briefing session must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and appropriate protective clothing. Bidders who do not comply with the PPE requirements may be denied access to the plant and may consequently be unable to attend the compulsory briefing session. Bidders must comply with all requirements and conditions contained in the tender document.
